Unit 4: Drug and Drug-Targets Combinatorial Synthesis and Combinatorial Libraries, QSAR, 3D Pharmacophores. Screening Methods: High-throughput screening, Virtual Screening. Protein-Ligand Docking. The Prediction of ADMET Properties, Toxicity Prediction.
